Herway Tyres provides mobile tyre fitting, emergency roadside assistance, puncture repairs, and workshop-based tyre services. We offer a 24-hour mobile service for emergencies.
Accuracy: When booking, the customer must provide the correct tyre size and vehicle location. We are not liable for delays or inability to complete a job due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Cancellations: For mobile call-outs, a cancellation fee may apply if the technician has already been dispatched.
Access: The customer must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location for the mobile technician to work.
Fair Pricing: We believe in honest service and fair pricing. All quotes provided via the website or phone are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle.
Emergency Fees: Roadside assistance and out-of-hours services (24-hour call-out) may incur additional charges compared to standard workshop rates.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispatch & Call-Out Fees: Our 24-hour emergency service is designed for urgent roadside or home assistance. A non-refundable call-out fee is charged the moment a technician is dispatched to your location.
Response Times: While we strive for “fast support you can depend on,” estimated arrival times are subject to traffic, weather, and existing call volumes. We will keep you updated via phone regarding any significant delays.
Safety Requirements: For roadside repairs, the vehicle must be in a position that allows our technician to work safely. If the vehicle is on a dangerous motorway hard shoulder or a high-speed road without adequate clearance, we may require you to contact a recovery service to move the vehicle to a safer location before work begins.
Stock Availability: While we carry a wide range of common tyre stocks for emergency call-outs, specific high-performance or specialist tyres may not be available for immediate roadside replacement outside of standard business hours. In such cases, we will provide a temporary solution or a tow-to-base option where applicable.
Cancellation Post-Dispatch: If you cancel the service after the mobile unit has been dispatched, the full call-out fee will remain payable to cover fuel and labor costs.
Quality Products: All new tyres supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
Workmanship: We take pride in doing things properly. If you encounter an issue with our fitting service, please contact us immediately at our Telford base.
Locking Wheel Nuts: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the locking wheel nut key. While our team is experienced, we cannot be held responsible for damage to wheel nuts that have been over-tightened by previous third-party fitters.
